   Worship Service

COVID is is beginning its third year and transmission of the last variant seems to be easier than ever to spread.  We are being as careful as possible to protect everyone, and we do requests that everyone wear a mask for the month of January so that we may continue to worship in the sanctuary.    Collection plates are not passed but one is available on either side of the middle isle of the sanctuary. Let’s all exercise wise and gracious caution, knowing that various levels of concern still exist within our church body.  Our services are broadcast live each Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. on Facebook at FFB Kirk of the Hills.

We invite everyone who believes in the saving power of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ to share with us the sacrament of Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month. We have individual sealed containers for communion service and they can be picked up in the narthex before entering the sanctuary.

Fellowship after Worship Service

Fellowship has been suspended for the month of January, 2022.

 Presbyterian Women Bible Study

You are invited to “Let Go and Let God” with the 2022 PW Bible Study as it diverts from the normal Horizon Bible studies to delve into one of Max Lucado’s books, ‘Anxious for Nothing’’.  In his very down to earth manner with words, Rev. Lucado offers comfort and encouragement that God loves you and He is always near in EVERY situation. This is a 11-month action plan intended to help you invite God to reframe the way you face your fears, discover calm amidst a storm, stop spending time on the “what ifs”, and experience the “peace of God, which surpasses all understanding”.

February 8 at 1:00 p.m. in the fellowship Pastor Bob will lead us on a journey into learning to view life’s ups and downs through the lens of God’s sovereignty.

Presbyterian Women Monthly Meeting

The regular monthly PW meeting will be February 8 at 2:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall.  This meeting is for all women of the Kirk who wish to take an active part and participate in the ongoing life of the church.
